Papers are welcomed in the following languages: english,
french, german, italian, portuguese, and spanish.

1. Submissions must include
the following:
1. One e-mail containing the MS in word processing format
(preferably in Microsoft Word (.doc) format); if not in a
.rtf file (rich text format).
